Often, you will find me with a notebook (or a pile of them), because some of the best ideas do not come from typing—they come from simply being, reflecting, and putting pen to paper.

Neuroscience shows that writing by hand activates different areas of the brain, helping form new neural pathways that improve memory, creativity, and emotional regulation.
